How to Order
We take telephone orders and have a human on deck to answer tech questions from 9:30 am until 5:00 pm Eastern time Monday thru Friday, sometimes 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday if we have not gone fighting, and sometimes Sunday nights from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. We are also now accepting online orders by internet. We frequently work late during the week, so you might get an answer if you call as late as 9:00, but the computers are turned off at 5, so we can't look up your order that late.
Payment is by Mastercard or Visa. You may also mail in your order with a bank check or postal money order. Personal checks will delay your order three weeks while your check clears. No checks accepted from Congressmen or Televangelists!
Gift certificates are available; just let us know the person’s name and address, and the amount you wish to give. We’ll send them a current catalog with their certificate.
All shipments are by USPS unless otherwise requested. We charge only for the USPS, plus a box and packing fee of $4.50. Please note minimum freight charge is $8.50. North Carolina orders, please add 8% sales tax. We ship most orders within one day of receiving them. Please understand that shipping costs to Canada or other countries frequently are at least twice the rate of domestic freight.
Due to fluctuation in foreign exchange rates, prices may change without notice. All items (except special orders) are returnable if in new condition. Call us if you have any problems or if you wish to arrange a return.
A hand tracing or a foot tracing will help us send you the right size glove or shoe. Help prevent delays in receiving your equipment by giving us the necessary information.
Please inventory your shipment immediately upon receipt and check all your packing material carefully before you throw it out; many times there will be small parts loose in the packing. We put a receipt for your purchase inside our catalog which will be inside the shipping container.
Should you have a problem, all efforts will be made to generate satisfaction. If you need to return any item for any reason, please call or write for authorization first.
Equipment should be returned unused, in new condition, freight prepaid, with complete details such as your name and address, method of payment and action you wish us to take. All refundable items must be clean, new, unused, and ready for resale if a refund is desired. A 15% restocking charge will apply to credit card orders to cover bank charges and other expenses.
Equipment leaves here in perfect condition. Check the condition of your merchandise and shipping container in the presence of the delivery agent. If your goods arrive damaged, please take it up with the shipper (usually USPS). We are not responsible for damage in shipping. USPS usually requires that you save the box for their inspection.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
In considering a change of address, the traditional dictum of “no more than a quarter of one’s available income toward lodging” may still be said to hold true, though this should not be taken as a hard and fast rule for the modern young couple.
